By accessing Jambavan (“the Service”) at jambavan.ai, or by subscribing to any email digest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Jambavan is an AI news digest service. We scan publicly available news sources, generate editorial summaries and role-specific commentary using AI, and deliver these via a web application and email digest.

The content is informational only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or professional advice of any kind. Role-specific signal ratings (Act / Watch / Skip) represent editorial judgement, not guarantees of accuracy or outcome.

The learning lab uses simplified, deterministic simulations to illustrate system design concepts. Its code examples and performance numbers are educational models, not production benchmarks. Learning progress is saved on your current device.

You may use Jambavan for personal and professional informational purposes. You agree not to:

• ·Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy content without written permission
• ·Republish or resell Jambavan content as your own
• ·Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service
• ·Use the service for any unlawful purpose

You may use Jambavan anonymously (with local role preferences) or create an account using Google OAuth or an email magic link. Accounts enable bookmarks, cross-device role sync, and digest delivery.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time by replying with “unsubscribe” or emailing hello@jambavan.ai.

Jambavan’s summaries, commentary, signal ratings, and interface are original work owned by Jambavan. The underlying news events we summarise belong to their respective publishers. We link to original sources for every brief.

You may share individual brief links or quote short excerpts with attribution to Jambavan and a link to jambavan.ai.

Brief summaries and role-specific commentary are generated with the assistance of large language models (currently Groq / LLaMA). While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always verify critical information with primary sources before acting on it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. Use it at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jambavan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any decisions made based on content published here.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
